Jeeves & Wooster, 1x03

These are unretouched caps from "The Purity of the Turf," 1x03. It seems like there are more action (therefore blurry) caps in this batch than in previous ones. If you come across a blurry picture that you'd like to get clearer, comment here and I'll do my best to get a better cap for you.

And your vocabularly word for this episode is opprobrious.

Hands off, honey, he belongs to Jeeves!      Jeeves looks on disapprovingly.

And you're most welcome for the caps.

Welcome to J&W; I promise you that you won't be sorry for coming aboard. These two lads are sublime.

Credit like whoa? Awesome! Hee!

"Right Ho, Jeeves" is one of my favorite episodes. Some of my favorite bits: Bertie can't keep straight that he's supposed to be Fink-Nottle, "Goosey, Goosey, Goosie" is considered in intellectual song, and Jeeves "arresting" Bertie at the end. Slashy, slashy! As a matter of fact, I'm writing a fic now based on that ending. :)

Jeeves and Bertie locked in a closet, eh? Does indeed sound like fun. Hee!

Awwww, I never mind a good squee! :) You're very welcome!

:D its good to have a place to squee at....yes, if that made sense...hehe

Perfect sense! If I even look like I'm going to say "Hugh Laurie" or "Stephen Fry" in any way, shape, or form, my friends and family tend to go screaming in the opposite direction. Yay for LJ and open season for squee-age!

I know the feeling! My mum's a big House fan, and so I've tricked her into watching Jeeves and Wooster...She just sort of rolls her eyes at me, but she never says no, so I know she secretly likes it!

Yay for your mum! :) I've gotten my older son liking J&W, too. Not to the extent I do, of course, but he will sit down and watch it with me.

I think everyone should have someone to watch J&W with...why laugh alone? hehe

*daydreams about watching J&W with Hugh on one side and Stephen on the other*

*large sigh of fangirly joy*

Stephen would probably be OK, but Hugh would n doubt be cringing the entire time. How cute he would look all blushing! Awwwwwww!

Thats right, he doesn't like watching himself. It's too bad really, because that means he doesn't watch House...which is a shame. You're right, Stephen would probably be okay with it. Hehe. I like the fangirl sigh, by the way. Now I have a way to describe my sighs when watching House! hehe.
