2. I'll challenge you to try something.

Hullo!!

How are you my dear? I am feeling rather angry and annoyed as my brother has lost his driving license for being stupid enough to drink-drive. Apart from that things aren't too bad, just working away! :D

Take care!xxx

1. You just got a lovely new haircut! :)
2. I challenge you to go one afternoon (4 hours) without thinking about Stephen.
3. A color for you... peach.. the shade of your journal background.
4. You're so sweet and always leave such lovely comments on my posts!
5. It was a very charming comment that you left on one of my fic where you said that you weren't very good at commenting but you wanted to tell me that you liked the story. I thought that was sweet.
6. Awww, a teddy bear! Stephen LOVES teddy bears!
7. What do you like best about where you live?

Oooh! I shall reply to your comments as I write mine for you!

1. You like Paul McCartney!
(Thank-you for liking my haircut!)
2. I challenge you to ummm write me a Jooster fic for my birthday! I know it's bad to ask for presents, but I can't help it when it comes to fanfic! Oh and you have til September, so no need to worry about it!
(4 hours without thinking about Stephen? Oh my God... I accept your challenge and shall report back tomorrow!)
3. I'm going to have to go with your background colour too - mint green, which also happens to be the colour of the dress I'm wearing just now!
(Peach, my bedroom used to be peach!)
4. You always seem to have a new story up just when I really really need one! :D
(Awww *blushes*)
5.I was having a look for Jooster fics and discovered one you'd written and so I read it and it was wonderful!
(Well I'm not good at comments really, I can never think of what to say, but if I like a story I always feel the need to let the author know!)
6.I think you would be a Spectacled Bear - Stephen would come visit you in the jungle! :-P
(Awww I love teddy bears too! I have one called Mr Fry who I got from a friend for Christmas, I think I have a photo on my LJ somewhere!)
7. I would like to ask you how you got to be so good at writing Jooster, everytime I try it's always hopeless!
(Oooh what I like best about where I live, ummm... well I'm only ten miles from Edinburgh, my second favourite place in the world after London and I'm not far away from some of the most beautiful beaches and stunning scenery in the country!)

1. Yes, I do. Although I admit my Paul passion has ebbed over the years, replaced by a finer love (*sigh* for Stephen and Hugh! )
2. Ooooh, I would be honored to write you a birthday fic! You'll have to tell me the exactly when so I post it on the right day. Do you have anything particular you'd like in your story?
3. Yay! I love green!
4. Awwww, you're so sweet! I wish I had time to write more! And you always leave such wonderful comments. *hug*
5. Yay! And I'm so glad you did... thanks for all your lovely compliments.
6. Yes, I would LOVE for Stephen to come visit me... in the jungle, on the beach, in my room... anywhere! heh.
7. I dunno, really. I watch the TV shows a lot, so I can hear the language in my head, and I've also read a number of the books. I'm sure there are Plum Purists who would find my writing totally cringeworthy, but we here in the slash fandom have a different take on J&W! :)

Mmmmm... where you live sounds absolutely wonderful! I would love to visit someday... I shall have to work on that. :D

Yay! It will be wonderful! I've never been to Scotland, but it's definitely on my list of must-see places. I have a line of Scots in my genealogy... the family name is Anderson (yeah, a rare one, I know ), so I've always felt a bit of kinship there. :)

Oooh you have Scottish blood in there somewhere eh?! Cool! I think Scotland would be a lovely country to visit if I didn't live here, but it can be a bit dull living here at times, but I suppose that that could be said for everywhere!

1. I'll respond with something random about you.

That should be easy since you've got my six random things poll to work from. ;) (although I cheated and only did five).

1. I'll go beyond your recent randomness: your grandfather was a great pie baker! (unless it was your dad, but I'm pretty sure g'father)
2. My challenge to you is to write a drabble in a fandom of your choosing with the prompt lilac.
3. The color I'll always picture for you is the blue in your icon coffee cup!
4. I like your openness and perspective on things!
5. I think I've mentioned this to you before. My first memory of you is a comment you left and we got into a discussion about our ages. :) *high five the Evil Aunties*
6. Again, I'm afraid I'm going to be repetitive and say a little white mousey!
7. What's the story behind your default icon?

1. I'll go beyond your recent randomness: your grandfather was a great pie baker! (unless it was your dad, but I'm pretty sure g'father)

Hey, you remember! :) And yes, absolutely correctly - it was my grandfather on my mother's side. (My father cooks things like maccaroni and cheese with bacon in, or... lettuce with peaches and cottage cheese. I mean, good, but not requiring much real thought or effort. Whereas pie, with really good handmade crust, is really hard.)

2. My challenge to you is to write a drabble in a fandom of your choosing with the prompt lilac.

Oo! I'm going to have to give that some thought, but I think I can do that. Why did you happen to choose lilac, btw?

3. The color I'll always picture for you is the blue in your icon coffee cup!

That's not a bad color. :)

4. I like your openness and perspective on things!

Heheheh. Thank you. That makes me happy. I think it puts some people off.;)

5. I think I've mentioned this to you before. My first memory of you is a comment you left and we got into a discussion about our ages. :) *high five the Evil Aunties*

*chortles* Ah yes! *high fives!*

6. Again, I'm afraid I'm going to be repetitive and say a little white mousey!

Yeah... it's really not a bad animal to represent me, I suppose. :)

7. What's the story behind your default icon?

Well, it just kind of got stuck there because I'm lazy. And fond of it. For a long long time I used this one...

...and I began to think perhaps I'd been using it too long when I saw a bathing suit in almost that exact tartan and began looking for one in my size.

I like the fact that eor made it for me, I like the cute little mouse and people associating that with me, I like the cup, which is lovely and represents my addiction to tea, I love the juxtaposition of the cute little mouse & pretty teacup to the mouse's evil intentions - it's the scene in the Hitchhiker's Guide movie where the mice are trying to get Arthur's brain. ;) I'm a huge fan of HHGTTG, and have the movie, tv show, all the books and the annotated radio scripts. (That scene is a marked difference from the original radio show, where the mice had no such intention.)

Why did you happen to choose lilac, btw?
Lilac has always been one of my very favorite scents and flowers. Lately, it's been very much on my mind, prolly due to it being very near lilac season! :)

I think it puts some people off.
Heh. I can relate.

I love the story of your iconage! :) And I love the tartan icon, too. I agree; tartan IS stylish! Hee! Is that particular tartan one from your own family line?

Is that particular tartan one from your own family line?

No, though my family may have a tartan, somewhere. That icon was made by dwightsredshoes and is a quote from "Good Omens," one of my all-time favorite books. :) It's really about Aziraphale being stuck behind the times, but I also associate it with The Mighty Mighty Bosstones "Bad In Plaid," ("plaid is the color of my soul") which uses plaid as a representation of racial harmony.

Comment!

I'm feeling alright, and I'm slowly getting the muse back...I've been mainly hanging out and either reading or writing. Next week should be more interesting, RL-wise.

1. I do.
2. ...okaaay. You'll get it within a day or two.
7. Oo. I wrote because I had ideas, and I kept going because the 'imagination games' I always played needed to be written down. After that, I just kept going.

Thank you so much! I have a thing for chrisp clean Colors. I try to convey it though using what is there. I love making Bases t he most.

5. I'm sounding repetitive, but I was struck at the wonderful effects you get with your icons. Someday I want to know how you do it! :D
Ahhh, That just warms my heart. Thank you so much. It is very easy and simple. I usually called it an Dream effect that i do. But, I am I am using a very old Photoshop Element 2.0 . I use the Glausson Blur alot. and Set to 8.0 and then add an overlay or Soft light. But, use most Dupilcate the base image first. That's it really. i play around with selective coloring as well.

6. A sweet little bird.
That's so nice of you to say so

7. What's the story behind your user name?
It's an interesting story. I used to be into the x-files along time ago. There was one episode that there was this Bad ass Computer Hacker and Her name was Envisogon. The name just grew on me from there because I could connect with her the most. And the rest was history!

Oooh, I will have to see if those techniques you mention are translatable to GIMP. I'm not totally familiar with all the possibilities of the program, so I'll have to look around.

*claps* Yay! I can't wait for the new Boffle icons! :) Thank you, m'dear!

You know when I was during the Icon for Friedie and Eric. A plot bunny came up and it is up for grabs for you or any other talented writer. The story behind what really happen to Friedie and the Scar on his face. I always thought in my characterzation that he was a plant for british Intellegence under cover as an Germany General. And I also believed that there was an pre history between Eric and Fredie. And it has been years since they have seen each. That would explain alot of why Friedrick tolerant of Eric's advances. Just a thought I wanted to share.

Ooh, I love your Arthur Meddlicott icon. He's as mad as he is, but no madder! :D

1. You are in the process of deciding on a law school.
2. I challenge you to make some new Boffle icons. Maybe 5? We need more of them in the world! :)
3. I think of green when I think of you. Not sure why, exactly, but there you are!
4. You leave such wonderfully sweet comments on my posts; you always make me feel good!
5. Oh, I think it has to be that delicious Stephen banner you have on your journal. Totally yummy!
6. Hmmmm... not really sure, so I'll say a kitty. Kitties are about my favorite animal, so take that as a compliment! hee!
7. What led you to decide on the law as your career?
